The Ginsberg McLear Group Announces Its Formation
Strategic Consulting and Public Affairs Firm Formed

Sacramento, CA – The Ginsberg McLear Group, a strategic consulting and public affairs firm specializing in political consulting, strategic communications, and issue management, today announced its formation. The firm is founded by Josh Ginsberg and Aaron McLear and is affiliated with Goddard Claussen West, one of the nation’s most successful public affairs and ballot issue firms.

The Ginsberg McLear Group will counsel both political and business clients through services including public affairs, crisis communications, media training, and campaign and issue management.

Ginsberg has extensive public affairs and political experience including the Presidential bids of President George W. Bush and Mitt Romney, serving as Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s political director, and managing Chris Dudley’s 2010 gubernatorial campaign in Oregon. Named by Politics Magazine as one of their Rising Stars in 2009, Ginsberg also has managed several ballot issue campaigns in California.

McLear began his career serving Ohio House Speaker Jo Ann Davidson and Governor Bob Taft before working for President George W. Bush’s re-election campaign and later the Republican National Committee. He most recently served as press secretary to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
